なぜその線を引いたのか,
なぜその石を拾ったのか,
わからない.
絵はどこからはじまり,
いつ終わるのだろうか.
自分が去った後も在るかもしれない,
残った行為の跡をみる.
自分のあの日の記憶,
誰かのいつかの記憶.
そんなはずはないのに,
幽かに意味を帯びはじめる.

I don't know why I drew this line.
I don't know why I picked this stone up.
Where did the painting start?
When will the painting end?
I look back the traces
that will exist after my death.
It's my memory of that day.
It's someone's memory of someday.
That can't be true,
but the memories silently wear meanings.
