絵画とは、ある秩序に基づいて配された色彩が、平面上に静止されたものとされる。
だが、複数の偶発的印象が一つの画面に重なり合うとき、そこには「見ること」と「在ること」とのあいだに、微かなずれが生じる。
それは事実ではなく、事実であろうとした痕跡のようなもの。
日々の織物にもたらされるあの軽いしわのように、不安定な真実を正確に記していく。
Painting is considered to be a composition of colors arranged according to a certain order.
However, when multiple incidental impressions overlap on a single canvas, a subtle discrepancy arises between "seeing" and "being."
It is not the fact itself, but rather something akin to a trace of its aspiration to become fact.
Like the faint wrinkles, it records an unstable truth with precision.
