CONTEXT-Sにて絵を発表し十年。
過去を遡りながら、今まで残してきた痕跡の文脈が見えるような展示になればと思っています。

不安定に明滅するわたくしという現象.
過ぎ去った後, 幽かな信号が痕跡として残る.
沈みゆく記憶を痕跡によって想起させ,
再び与えられる現在へそれを連れ戻す.
明滅の後, 残る痕跡.
失われたものは不在のまま現前し,
一体となって現在を織り成す.

命が失われていく様子を目の当たりにする日々。
取り戻し得ないほどに失われたものが痕跡となり現在を形作る。
私たちはその痕跡とどのように未来を紡ぐのであろうか。

The phenomenon called I
Is flickering unstably.
After it has passed,
Subtle signals linger on as traces.
These traces evoke sinking memories,
Guiding them back to the present once more.
Traces remain after the flicker.
Lost fragments emerge like ghosts,
Weaving the present in unison.

Witnessing the fading of life day by day.
The irretrievably lost leaving traces that shape the present.
How shall we draw the future with these traces?
